How did a multi-functional intervention transform a social enterprise to become profitable?

The assignment was with the India arm of a social enterprise headquartered in Washington, DC and funded by the Gates Foundation. Reflexion worked with them on their transformation journey from an NGO to a social enterprise. In this journey, we played the following roles: 

A strategic advisor to the organization in the area of creating HR processes, PMS and a Sales Force Effectiveness Framework
Occasionally representing the India business on their Global Board
Coaching for the leadership team
Process change and Designing new systems:
Performance management system
Global Values and Competency Framework adapted to India
Assessment center model for right recruitment and promotion
Sales Transformation framework
Leadership team effectiveness
