How did a multi-functional intervention transform a social enterprise to become profitable?
The assignment was with the India arm of a social enterprise headquartered in Washington, DC and funded by the Gates Foundation. Reflexion worked with them on their transformation journey from an NGO to a social enterprise. In this journey, we played the following roles:Â
