How did an organization development project for India’s top food delivery unicorn impact organizational practices?
Reflexion rolled out an organization development initiative based on behavioral psychology principles for a fast growing unicorn. The aim was to identify, strategize, build a pilot program and support the engagement initiatives for their frontline executives. The organization wished to have higher retention at the frontline and provide an environment that supported their working.
This project involved interviews with more than 400 people across India. Group discussions, field shadowing in 8 cities, exit interviews, onboarding study, were used to identify all the factors at play.
A multi-pronged strategy was suggested, which involved changes in both monetary and people management parameters. The suggested interventions led to changes in the processes, mindsets, and managerial interaction across the organization, resulting in empathy and connection to the frontline team.
